Multiplayer API Kick Off Competition rules for entrants?

Hey - how's it going?

I've just seen about the multiplayer api competition and it sounds really interesting. Before investing any serious time into it though I wanted to check who it is open to? Do you have to be a resident of a particular country to be allowed to enter? Or is entry open to everyone? I couldn't see anything about this in the rules section on the competition page but didn't just want to assume and then waste my time...

Everyone can compete. We do not have any fancy limit on where you are from or such.
